Service Delivery

Birvillas provides an online villa rental booking platform. Our service is delivered digitally — when you complete a booking, you receive a confirmation email with all reservation details, access instructions, and contact information for your stay.

Since our service is a digital accommodation booking platform, there is no physical product delivery. The "delivery" of our service occurs at the moment your booking is confirmed and your reservation details are sent to you via email.

Booking Confirmation

Upon successful payment, you will receive a booking confirmation email within minutes. This email contains your reservation reference number, villa details, check-in/check-out dates, and host contact information.

If you do not receive a confirmation email within 1 hour of payment, please contact us immediately at support@birvillas.com.

Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation policy of the specific villa you have booked. Each villa listing clearly displays its cancellation terms before you complete your booking.

Full Refund Cases

You are entitled to a full refund in the following cases:

  • Cancellation made within the free cancellation period specified in the listing
  • The villa is not available as described upon arrival
  • The host cancels the booking
  • Force majeure events preventing travel (assessed case by case)

Partial Refund Cases

A partial refund may be issued in the following cases:

  • Cancellation made after the free cancellation period but before check-in
  • Early departure due to issues not caused by the host (subject to review)
  • Service disruptions during your stay that are resolved but cause inconvenience

No Refund Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • No-show without prior cancellation
  • Cancellation after check-in date
  • Issues caused by the guest's own actions
  • Dissatisfaction with the destination or weather conditions

Refund Process

To request a refund, contact us at support@birvillas.com with your booking reference number. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method.

iyzico payment refunds are processed through the iyzico payment infrastructure and will appear on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
