Birvillas provides an online villa rental booking platform. Our service is delivered digitally — when you complete a booking, you receive a confirmation email with all reservation details, access instructions, and contact information for your stay.
Since our service is a digital accommodation booking platform, there is no physical product delivery. The "delivery" of our service occurs at the moment your booking is confirmed and your reservation details are sent to you via email.
Upon successful payment, you will receive a booking confirmation email within minutes. This email contains your reservation reference number, villa details, check-in/check-out dates, and host contact information.
If you do not receive a confirmation email within 1 hour of payment, please contact us immediately at support@birvillas.com.
Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation policy of the specific villa you have booked. Each villa listing clearly displays its cancellation terms before you complete your booking.

To request a refund, contact us at support@birvillas.com with your booking reference number. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method.
iyzico payment refunds are processed through the iyzico payment infrastructure and will appear on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
