We stayed in the top-floor, three-story villa with a large pool from August 19th to 26th, 2026. Check-in with Cemal Bey went smoothly. The villa is very spacious, well-equipped, and offers a beautiful view, especially in the evenings. Important: The access road is very steep and narrow – a powerful car is recommended. Parking is only possible for about three small cars, and there is also a small neighboring house right next to the villa. Kalkan can be reached in about 10 minutes, Patara Beach in about 40 minutes, and Ölüdeniz/Fethiye in about 1 hour and 40 minutes. There is room for improvement regarding cleanliness: The pool was cloudy upon arrival and, in our opinion, was not cleaned regularly; we experienced minor skin irritations, but a connection is not certain. The bathrooms drained poorly. Only one of the four stovetop burners worked. Furthermore, the door to the rear barbecue area could not be locked and remained unlocked even during our absence.
