It is a holiday villa for rent with a private swimming pool for 8 people in total with 4 bedrooms in Kalkan Islamlar Region. All bedrooms have a bathroom and a washbasin, and it is a very modern structure. Our villa will be a very interesting option for our guests who want peace and quiet in the calm nature. There is a sauna and a small gym in our villa and it is open to the service of our valued guests. Bedrooms 1. Kitchen: There is an American kitchen. In the kitchen, there are microwave oven, dishwasher, built-in oven, refrigerator, washing machine, built-in 4-burner stove, electric kettle, toaster, pot and pan set, dinner set for 8 people, spoon and fork set and glasses. The kitchen is on the pool floor. Living Room: The living room has air conditioning, satellite receiver, TV, DVD Player, sitting group, armchair, sink. The living room is on the pool floor. On the top floor, there is another very large viewing terrace for relaxing and sunbathing. In this area, there is a seating group, table and chair. Pool and Garden: In the garden, there is a pool, a dining table, a sitting group with a pergola and chairs, a barbecue, a hammock, sun loungers and parasols. Pool and garden cleaning is done daily by the attendant. Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa is delivered to you clean and cleaned once a week. If you request extra cleaning, cleaning, new sheets, pillowcases, etc. will be provided by the staff looking after our villa. done by the staff, for a fee. Deposit: A deposit of 2500 TL is required at the entrance to the villa. If there are no problems such as any damage, broken or lost, 10 minutes from the departure from the villa. The villa/apartment is checked first and the deposit is returned to our guest. Check-in time for all our villas is 16.00 on the first day, and on the last day, departure time is 10.00 in the morning. We would like to point out that we will not be able to assist you if you arrive earlier than your Villa/Apartment check-in time, as cleaning is done in the intervening time. Please observe the entrance and exit times of the villa.
